Thursday afternoon I had the opportunity to spend some one on one time with Madelyn. Her school class was hosting a Mom n' Muffin's reading hour. 
From 1-2pm we dined on homemade oatmeal, blue berry, chocolate chip muffin's with Sunny D. Madelyn chose several books and for that hour we found ourselves a quiet spot outside on the grass away from everyone else and I got to listen to her read book after book after book.
It was a fun afternoon.

It was a fun afternoon. Having one on one time with my kids all by themselves does not happen very often.
I enjoyed our short time we had together with just the two of us!
