March has been quite a busy month for our family and it seems like all the holiday's snuck up on me. I was a bit disapointed with our St. Patrick's Day especially compared to last year but it didn't seem to bother the kiddo's.
The girls each made a leprechaun trap and somehow I didn't get pictures of them. Once again he escaped!! The girls vowed that next year they will get him!! Despite the traps our leprecaun was kind to us. He decorated our table with green and gold. For breakfast the kids ate their box of Lucky Charms, a cereal that this mom very rarely buys.
After church for lunch we ate our fruit rainbow that Hunter put together for me. I think he did a great job!
Sunday's can be quite busy for our family and this day must have been one of them. I don't have any pictures of our green dinner; corn beef and cabbage, green jello, broccoli with cheese sauce or our green fruit kabobs. Our kabobs had sliced kiwi, green apple and grapes. And for dessert the big kids were thrilled that this mom made her 3rd batch of "St. Patty's Day" cupcakes in a week. But this time is was just for them.
I was really, really hoping that Spring was in the air. However this St. Patrick's Day we woke up to more fallen snow. Will Spring ever come??
